goodwinwapcssorg 0 Report post Posted June 4, 2010 I see Whitehouse Pro3 has the NextGen gallery instead of the FlickerRSS. Is there a way to get the NextGen gallery into Whitehouse Pro2 and have it display the same as the Flicker gallery? Thanks
bryan-hadaway 3 Report post Posted June 5, 2010 Have you tried adding the NextGen plugin? Simply go to: Plugins > Add New then search it, install it and activate it. Thanks, Bryan
goodwinwapcssorg 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2010 Hi Bryan, thanks for the reply. Yes, I added the NextGen plugin and created a gallery. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get it to display in the header like the flickrRSS feed. Thanks for any tips you may have.
goodwinwapcssorg 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2010 BTW, here's the url to my site. http://74.54.107.132/~apcssorg/
bryan-hadaway 3 Report post Posted June 9, 2010 Do you mean you want to make the gallery available in the feature/carousel slideshow or in the header as in the VERY top of the page, above the nav? This will require hard coding, getting into header.php, are you comfortable doing that? Thanks, Bryan
goodwinwapcssorg 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2010 I could give it a shot. I have basic PHP knowledge as long as it's not too intense.
bryan-hadaway 3 Report post Posted June 10, 2010 I could help more, I'm just not entirely sure what you're trying to accomplish. Maybe screenshots would help? Thanks, Bryan

Andrew 207 Report post Posted June 10, 2010 You want it in the carousel? Is there a reason you still want to use WHP2?
goodwinwapcssorg 0 Report post Posted June 11, 2010 Well, we just purchased the Theme Pkg March 30. It was a little hard to convince others here we need the upgrade so quickly but I put in the request. Thanks anyway.
bryan-hadaway 3 Report post Posted June 11, 2010 Okay, you'll have to track down the PHP used to embed for your gallery, you'll likely find this on the NextGen help pages. Then you're going to want to navigate from your WordPress admin to: Appearance > Editor > Header (header.php) and below this line of code: `` you'll want to paste your gallery code, this will likely take more styling to make it look good. But, once you've done this let me know and provide the link and I'll have a look. Thanks, Bryan
goodwinwapcssorg 0 Report post Posted June 18, 2010 Thanks Bryan, I got the WH3 version and NextGen is now displaying correctly.
