How to add facebook sharing to bottom of posts?

I want to add facebook to the icon links at the bottom of posts. None of the forum entries have a clear resolution to this request. One writer thought he did but inadvertently offered code for digg rather than facebook (digg is already avalable). Can someone offer code to link to the viewer's facebook that I can place in my post footer php? Thanks very much for any assistance.
