Pagination not working on Category/Archives

Hello, I have PAGENAVI installed to show number of pages with "next" and "previous" buttons and its working just fine on the main blog page. However, when I click on any particular category it only shows 7 results with no "number of pages" or "next" "previous" button down at the bottom or on top. Do I need to put a code in custom css to get this done. I am no pagelines 2.0. Thanks for any help in advance!

I'll put it off the maintenance mode for a bit, so you can see what I am talking about.. delhirealestateblog.com, have a couple of more questions - why am I not able to link my features to an external page or have the "more" button take the visitor to another url. Only picture no 1 is linking to external page, and I used the html code at the "featured media" area not a regular picture, () also feature is still picking images from the "default feature category"? Any idea why the "more" tab is not picking the urls added at the backend? My second question is - how can I reduce the gap between the branding and navigation or say between navigation and feature on the header. Would be great if I could align the branding with feature, any suggestions? Thanks for looking into this..

@rangelone Hi, were you able to take a look? I think I figured the spacing issue at the top, I will use the brandnav tab and this would help me achieve what I want for the moment. Still could not figure out about the pagination issue on category and archives also no luck with linking the feature picture or the "more" tab with an external link.
