Hide part of Sidebar Widget on some pages? (General WordPress)

Recommended Posts

Hi, This is not Pagelines question as much as WordPress but I was hoping a kind soul can assist me as I had no luck with Google. I have a standard Pageline page. My 'Primary Sidebar' widget comprises of 'Recent Articles', 'Categories' and 'Tags'. On some shorter Pages, I want to hide just the 'Tags' (circled in red). Is that possible? Correction! I'm sure it is possible... what is the way to achieve this without modifying php files. Thank you! Paul kzUG4.jpg

Hi Paul, Yup, this is a major limitation with Wordpress. However, there are some cool plug-ins that allow you to select what widgets appear where. I have provided a few below. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/widget-logic/ http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/widget-context/ (new version is still being developed) http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/display-widgets/

Please search our forums, before posting!
