Footer Turned White

Recommended Posts

I tested out iBlogPro5 for my site and had an issue with the mobile version not looking right. I deactivated it and reactivated Framework and now my footer is white. Is there something I can do to remedy this? http://occupythisclass.com/

Isn't the default installation white in the footer? You could change it like this in Custom Code -> Custom CSS:
#footer{ background: blue; }
I've been trying to change it with CSS in the Custom field and it is not working. The above code did not work. mine was black until I switched to iBlogPro5 I tried going back to Platform Base and that didn't work either. It went back to black in Base, but I cannot get 2.0 to go back to black, even when I code it in CSS. Something is wrong.

Validate your site: http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http://occupythisclass.com/ and you will see there are some unclosed or overlapping tags causing problems.

thanks, I will try that. well, you helped me fix the problem I was having with my Features! However, the problem with the white footer has not stopped and these errors that are coming up are not anything that I have coded or done. It seems like the code is not correct or has been corrupted in Framework because I did not do any of what is now showing up as problems on the validation. Is there a way for me to fix this? Because I did not do any of this code.

there was another piece of code with a period in my CSS, which is why it wasn't reading any of the other code. Thanks guys. I need to get a book on CSS and teach myself. I know absolutely nothing about CSS.
