Error Message coming up when trying to view my published page.

Hi, my website is http://www.thatfitnessguy.com. I am trying to get my blog page up and running. But every time I try to click the link to the page, view the page from the editor or anything, it comes up with an error message saying the page cannot be found. What am I doing wrong? Why wont the page show up? Thank you

How is the Blog page being generated? Are you using a Custom Menu?
