How do people follow my blog on wordpress? Is there a follow button that I need to add?

Found this widget while searching. It will allow people to receive your posts via email. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/ But generally, people who want to follow a blog use RSS, which is included as one of the social media icons in the BrandNav section. People that use RSS know how to add your blog to their personal RSS field already so a button is not really necessary.
