How to stop adsense blocks inheriting Box Color Secondary?

Recommended Posts

I just got around to adding my first adsense block to my sidebar (using latest version of platform pro). I added the adsense code a text widget. When I view my site in Chrome the ad loads, and fetches the image from google's server. But then some new styling takes over and puts the Box Color Secondary background color over the top of the ad (making it unclickable and impossible to see). It only seems to take effect when Adsense returns an image ad. In FF/Safari it works just fine - but it's only showing me regular text ads, so haven't been able to verify that image ads are affected in the same way. Any ideas why this would be happening? This may be a localized phenomenon on your computer. Clear your cache or reboot. I'm seeing an ad on the sidebar just fine, and it's a graphic for Bank of America. Being an AdSense publisher myself, I'd remind you that sometimes you don't see what others see.
