Under Template Setup/Template Area I drag/dropped the Site Branding top most under "Site Header", but from where will it get the actual logo? Under the Global Options I've added my personal logo but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong. BTW I'm nubie to both Platform Pro and HTML. Regards Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Rob 547 Report post Posted November 24, 2011 Well, you're right, there doesn't seem to be anything in the branding area, and it's clearly there. Which begs the question of how you're setting up the branding image in the settings. It also raises the question about the customizations you've added and whether they may be preventing the image from loading. Finally, I must ask which version of Platform you have activated? PlatformPro or PlatformBase? Sorry for the questions, but they're the best method to identify the cause. Also, another great method is to deactivate your plugins, then reload the image and see if it appears. The site branding function did not work even before I added the customizations to the navigation menu. I've activated the PlatformBase. Best regards - and thank you for good support. Does the image upload or is there some sort of rejection of the image? Any message? If it does upload, do you save the settings? laka74+ 2 Report post Posted November 26, 2011 It still doesn't show - now I've also tried different types of images .png and .jpg....could I have disabled something? laka74+ 2 Report post Posted November 26, 2011 I just read abot hooks and I also watched the video - but while watching the video I realized that on my "Site Branding" function logo, there is no "Advanced Setup" option as there is on many on the other icons and as I could see from the video.....it SHOULD appear on the Site Branding as well.
