Either you have 'inline-css' turned on, or the theme does not have file permissions to write a cache css file.

hello Pross, Could you please explain how i remove the dynamic css from the page source. I could not find where (if i do Have the "inline-css" turned on) and how to turn it off.. many thanks in advance

Go to Dashboard > PlatformPro > Misc Settings and scroll down to "Inline Dynamic CSS". There is a check box next to "Make Dynamic CSS Inline?" Uncheck it. If it already is unchecked, as Pross said, you may be missing permission to write a cache file.

Seem to have all the permissions and no problems there, box was not checked. but with now several sites under go with pages lines i cannot seem to make this mess go away from the code view of the pages.
