I was trying to stop the feature loop and followed the directions of this question... http://www.pagelines.com/forum/discussion/9397/adjust-feature-slider-to-loop-only-once/p1 Now my site has disappeared... PLEASE HELP. All I did was add the following to functions.php at the very bottom add_filter( 'pagelines_feature_autostop', create_function('', 'return 4;' )); My site is http://www.elkoeventplanner.com/springcreekdance/

Hi Dave, When you say you added the code to functions.php, which functions.php file did you add the code too? When adding custom code like this, you have to use the Platform Base child theme and apply all custom code to the functions.php file in the themes directory.

Please search our forums, before posting!

I added the code to: Theme Functions (functions.php) I am not sure if this is the "Child Theme" or not? Thanks.

To check if you had the child theme (PlatformBase) to begin with, go to the wp-content > themes directory in your WordPress folder and check to see if there is a folder called platformbase. If you do, check the functions.php file to see if the code that you added is in that file. If it's not there, that means you added it to the functions.php file in PlatformPro.

Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to.

You're right... I added it to the functions.php file in PlatformPro. I didn't see a platformbase folder anywhere...?

Therein lies part of your problem. If you go to http://www.pagelines.com and login to your launchpad, you'll be able to download PlatformBase 1.4.1 Unzip it and you will get a folder 'platformbase' (all lower case with no quotes). FTP into your site. Navigate to wp-content/themes/ and upload platformbase. Login as admin to your site. Navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes. You should now see PlatformBase 1.4.1. Activate that. Changes you wanted to make to functions.php are made in that file located in wp-content/themes/platformbase (via FTP and a text editor). Make sure you also upload a clean copy of functions.php from your original platformpro folder to wp-content/themes/platformpro
