Remove "morefootbg" or "dcol_container_3" from 404 page???

Recommended Posts

Hi, In Template Setup in PlatformPro Settings, on the 404 Error Page, it has "No Posts" showing (*not morefoot sidebars*); on a 404 page on my site, however, it is displaying the morefootbg and the dcol_container_3 at the bottom of the page and I have customized my dcol to have a light gray border. Obviously this is going to show up as three empty boxes on the 404 page. And I don't want that. http://sites.tufts.edu/techconnect/ How can I tell the 404 page NOT to display the morefoot? or the dcol_container_3? Thanks! Cole

404 page has 'error404' class so you can use that to hide the boxes ;)

Hmmmm.... I'm not sure how you mean for me to add a class to the error404 page? Can you elaborate? Thanks! Cole

Hi Cole, Add this to Platform Settings --> Custom Code --> CSS Rules:
.error404 .dcol_3 { display: none; }
Please search our forums, before posting!

Duh! Oh man, thanks so much. I've been working so hard today, my brain wasn't thinking like that. Simple. Thank you!
