How to set Soapbox Order of Boxes?

OK, so I'm creating my page and getting to grips with the Soapboxes. Just wondering how to set the order of appearance? I started with the first box for the main subject and then loaded the second image and box, updated the page once all was complete and noted the box I want to appear in the screen top left will actually end up bottom right, if all loading of other boxes follows suite. How is this done? Cheers, mark.
