I'm setting up features and trying to mimic the last 'Make an impression' feature on this page: http://www.pagelines.com/demos/platformpro/ In the title of this feature post in the test environment I'm testing in, the title text is as follows... Make An Impression I want the same effect with my feature title but when I use the exact same code it disappears when the post is saved. Any ideas anyone???

Are you editing the text in HTML or Visual editor mode? You must have HTML editor enabled in order to add the tags or any other code.

Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to.

Thanks Catrina, yes I've tried it in the HTML editor rather than the visual and the still disappears when saved. Is there some obscure setting somewhere maybe? The pre-loaded features pagelines examples have this code in the titles and oit works fine. Cheers, Tracy.

Thanks Rangelone, Here is one of the pages that feature slider is on and shows one of the features I have set up: http://test.pagelines.com/simondesign/history/ And here is page with one of the pagelines feature sets active: http://test.pagelines.com/simondesign/latest/ We are putting together a test site to show our client roughly what we could build for him, as this is all new to us we haven't got a development area yet so I thought the test environment would be perfect to quickly set up a simple site to show him. Which it is, all is working great apart from this feature post title issue. Any help greatly appreciated, Tracy.

Tracy, sorry to do this to you, but could you re-do those images as .jpg or .png files, even .gif? The Bitmap format is a very large one and it appears they're timing out rather than loading fully. The Dashboard > PlatformPro > Feature Settings and the settings for one of your slides.

Maybe one of your plugins is stripping the html from the title for some reason, have you tried deactivating all plugins and trying again?

Thanks, there are plugins but none are active though and have never been active. Cheers, Tracy.

Hi Tracy, I just give this a test and you're right on the test.pagelines.com site the does get stripped when you click save, I think this may be a minor bug or is being prevented on purpose for security reasons.

Please search our forums, before posting!

Thanks Danny, Is there something else I can do to get the same effect? We have designed a new site for a client so if there is nothing I can do to get the same effect I'll just have to reduce all the title text in size for the test site and show a graphic of what will be possible if we get the go ahead to build it for real. Thanks for your help, Tracy.
