Change Sidebar width on individual pages

How would I change the width of sidebars or the content area on individual pages like I can in the template panel of the Platform settings?

As far as I know, you can't change the width of the sidebars on individual pages without some custom CSS code. You can change the layout on each page though (i.e. full width, multiple sidebars, etc).
