My features have stopped transitioning

My features have stopped transitioning. I have tried with various feature sets. Each with more than one feature within it. The settings on the page itself are 3 features and the relevant selected set. On the settings page, No navigation. Times are 3,000 and 1,500 respectively. All it seems to show is the slide in the highest order. If I change the order of the slide, the one that's at the highest shows. This is weird because it did used to work perfectly fine, as it does on my other site, which has the SAME plugins. I've cross checked every possible setting I could think of. The site is www.PictureFrame.tv If someone could help, that'd be great.

Even with the same plugins on your other site, have you already tried deactivating them on pictureframe.tv just to see if it makes a difference?
