How can I get a table to work properly in a page containing text and an image?

I have placed table in a page (content area). For some reason, the text wants to sit below the image even though it's in a separate cell. It works fine in a normal HTML page. table problem

I have the same problems as I ad a table in dreamweaver and import in into pageline, the images always conflict with the text. In the preview of dreamweaver everything looks correctly. Nice if you have a tip how to solve this issue. greeting roger

If you have a link to your site, we can help you with the CSS. If memory serves, the basic issue is the text-alignment and width of the td in the CSS.

I have taken it off of Maintenance Mode. Here is the link to the page: http://tampastpetevirtualtours.com/?page_id=63.

Tables in WP react oddly without proper CSS, but because you might have many tables in a site and table CSS is extremely specific, I recommend not using Custom Code / CSS Rules unless you're comfortable making a div for each specific table. What I do instead is adding the CSS specifically to the Table, TR and TD tags. You can see evidence of my use of tables at http://www.epicurus.com by viewing the source. Only one of them uses CSS Rules styling, and that's for the text height within that one table.
