What do I do with all the pages on my navigation?

I've just uploaded platformpro and I want to know what to do with all the pages and posts that the them comes with and which are cluttering up the navigation? Do I delete them one by one or what? I searched for an answer but this is chewing up time I don't have...

Hi Streamshare, First of all, if all these posts and pages haven't been created by you, then you can simply delete them. The reason why they are cluttering up your navigation menu is that you haven't created your Wordpress menu yet, if that is indeed the case then the first thing you need to do is navigate to: Wordpress admin dashboard --> Appearance --> Menus From there you can create you menu. I have provided a link below with instructions on how to create a Wordpress menu system. http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide Once you have created your menu, all you need to do then is select your menu in the "Theme Locations" area, this area is on the same page where you created your menu, its on the left hand side and has three dropdown boxes, "Primary Website Navigation", "Page Navigation in Footer Columns" and "Page Navigation in Simple Footer Section".
