How can I change the footer labels?

The 5-column footer has labels for each column. One of those columns is for navigation and is labeled "Pages". I want to change that label. Where can that be done?

This is an automatic display of widgets that will stay there until you add real widgets to the 5-col widget area (in Appearance -> Widgets.) One way would be to add your own widgets there, and then you can name them anything you want. The other would be to modify the code for that section which is in section.footcols.php.
