Yoast WordPress SEO and Platform Pro: not all pages picking up template titles

I installed Yoast WordPress SEO. Imported all my AIOSEO settings. No problem. Weird issue: many of my pages are not picking up my title template settings. I set my titles to be: %%title%% | %%sitename%% For pages like this: http://www.recommendedwebtools.com/index.php/contact/ it works! For pages like this: http://www.recommendedwebtools.com/index.php/web-development-and-design/ no dice! Both pages use the same page template: Default Template. I have checked a number of things, but can't seem to pinpoint the issue. If anyone has any thoughts, let me know. Thanks.

Maybe its conflicting with another plugin, have you tried deactivating all other plugins to see if there's a difference?
