Example: www.alexbulgo.com On this home page, I would like to place the feature slider adjacent to the left hand sidebar that I have already placed. Please follow the guidance provided in this forum topic: http://www.pagelines.com/forum/discussion/12458/featured-slider-width-a-solution/p1 You'll have your slider with a sidebar. Do you have one or two sidebars? One on each side? There may be different code for that. Let me know. I only have one sidebar, but inexplicably two sliders when I only want one - and deleting the superfluous slider also deletes the sidebar! alexb+ 0 Report post Posted October 25, 2011 Hi...all went smoothy..however a couple of minor problems persist that are foxing me! As you will see I've just created a couple of temporary rounded rectangles to gauge where the sidebar and feature slider sit at the moment: www.alexbulgo.com The first issue is trying to get rid of the grey gradient at the bottom of the feature slider...I would have thought this was the feature footer but changing the color of this has no effect. The other issue is placement of image in the slider. Despite the fact that the image is the correct size for the slider it appears to be centred rather than aligned right. I have placed the CSS in custom code rather than in the child theme so there shouldn't be a conflict. The code I have used is: Be glad of any thoughts!
