WHP3 install on previos WHP theme

Just tried installing WHP3 on top of the previous theme and I get the following: Unpacking the package. Installing the theme. Destination folder already exists. /XXXXXXX/wp-content/themes/WhiteHousePro/ Theme Install Failed. Is there a work around when updating to the latest version?

Failed because it has the same name as the old theme. My recommendation is to unzip then rename, then either unzip and install with WP or just upload the folder with FTP
