Platform Pro theme based site is crashing in Internet Explorer 8

the website (osseon.com) is built on Platform Pro theme, it works perfectly on Safari, Firefox, Chrome, IE7, and IE9, but crashes on IE8, doesn't load the site at all- just error messages that say Internet Explorer encountered a problem and has to close. Plugins activated are: Akismet, All in One SEO Pack, Breadcrumb NavXT, Contact Form 7, Exclude Pages from Navigation, Fast Secure Contact Form, Google XML Sitemaps, Gravity Forms, NextGEN Gallery, PS Auto Sitemap, Search & Replace, Shadowbox JS, Shadowbox JS - Use Title from Image, TinyMCE Advanced, WordPress Database Backup, WP-Mail-SMTP, WP Realtime Sitemap. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried deactivating the plugins, one at a time and checking with a hard refresh (Shift + F5) between each deactivation? I suspect that one of the plugins has either been updated or become outdated. It does look fine in IE9 and Firefox.
