Custom Menu / Sidebar Help

I am having a problem trying to add a custom menu to a page. Here is the site I'm working on - http://www.uli75.org I have created 3 custom menus. One for my primary navigation, another for the page "What's Next" and then another for the page "History". The third menu will not show up on the history page. The menu for the page what's next appears. In the meta settings secondary Nav Menu section I check off the timline menu that is meant for that page. Why cant I add this menu to this page?

Do you have the Secondary Nav section activated for the default template (or whatever template you're using) in Template Setup? Because I only see a sidebar widget menu on any of your pages.
