How to Remove Pages from Navigation in WHP?

Hi, I was updating plugins and suddenly every 'page' on my site appeared in the top navigation. I want to select just a few 'pages' to be on the nav. Can someone please tell me how to remove pages from the navigation? Thanks.

Have you tried the "Exclude Pages from Navigation" plugin.
