idistic 0 Report post Posted October 18, 2011 Looking for a way to display a different header dependent on template of the page being viewed Although I see that others have suggested using "Hooks" to turn sections on and off in the header that's not exactly what I am looking for since it would be a heck of a lot of work. I don't suppose there is some "easier" way to do this that I have overlooked?
idistic 0 Report post Posted October 18, 2011 PS. If you guys added this capability to PlatformPro you would have a pretty big opportunity to market to the lean startup crowd for an initial A/B testing platform Googles site optimizer works just fine with this platform, but the inability to change the header/footer when doing experiments is crippling. No other theme/platform does this either, which seems like a nice market niche for you to look at. Just sayin!

Lewis 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2017 BUMP: I'm developing a website that has just opened a second branch - which means two different phone numbers. I have a button in the header which displays the telephone number. It would be INCREDIBLY useful if I could set this button to display the other number on the relevant branch pages but the header seems to apply changes universally (obviously). Is there any way to adapt this to suit my needs? Kind regards! Lewis
