Links in main nav with dropdown

On this website: http://opxadvisors.com/wordpress/, how can I get the Services menu item to go to the Workshops page instead of the simple page with links that I created? I'd like to do this with all of the menus items with a drop down menu.

You'll need to create a Custom Menu using Appearance > Menus. That way, you can add the parent links and sub links along with the URLs you want for each text link in the menu.
