WH Pro 3 - Trouble w/feature pages

I'm having trouble getting my feature pages to show in settings as an option for a start page.

Did you make sure to actually create the page first with the feature template before trying to make it the home page in the settings area? More details would help us solve the problem

ya the features are a page template ( you can also show on your blog page-- there is an option for that)

Yes. I created a features page just like I did with WHPro2 and the features pages are not showing as an option for a Static Page in the Settings>reading area. Not sure what other info I can give. This was a upgrade because of the purchase timeframe...don't know if upgrade files are different from the straight purchase files...wouldn't think so
