Text formatting keeps changing

I set specific font and colors to my text and headers in PlatformPro, but it is not consistent in any of the browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.) See site...http://opxadvisors.com/ refresh and sometimes you get Arial with red headers and sometimes you get the default - Times with all black.

According to this header check, your dynamic css file was last updated 29 sept. So either its read-only, or your host has aggressive css/js file caching enabled. Try enabling inline css under misc-settings. edit: link to checker tool: http://www.seoconsultants.com/tools/check-server-headers-tool
