Design Control not working

Design control is not working on my site. I have the base theme activated, latest version of base and platformpro theme. Tried to reset all settings, and change back one setting after the other with success. Also deactivated all plugins and reactivate on by one. Everything worked, but suddenly the design control elements don??t work again. I??ve seen other topics on the forum, including a sollution of deactivating the theme and reactivating. This won??t work for me. Neither changing dynamic.css permissions. Anyone who can help me with this problem? Thanks!

Still no sollution for this... (sorry, think I might clicked on accepting last post as accepted and problem solved.) Appreciate any help!
