bokeh 0 Report post Posted October 14, 2011 Hi I'm using Platform Pro, and Yoast SEO. I will soon be adding my own logo to my site (hopefully). How do I manage the design of the website title? It's currently sitting top left, with h1 and black. Obviously that's a prime spot for a logo. So I wish to change its design, and then change the wording to bring it into line with all the other SEO changes I'm slowly making. I've searched through the support forum, and when I change the h1 to a h3 using the example code given, in the custom css area of the stylesheet, update and then view my site online ??“ no changes have been made. Can anybody help? www.businessfootprint.net Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Jenny 33 Report post Posted October 14, 2011 To change the styling of the website title, use the CSS code:
a.site-title { font-size: 2.6em; line-height: 1em; margin: 0.3em 0 0.15em; }
And change as needed. ♥ Jenny :: Web designer at Simple Mama (follow me at @simplemamacom) Check out Share Me, a social sharing add-on for DMS that is super simple to set up. bokeh 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2011 Hi Jenny, and I simply place that (making the font adjustments etc) in the platform base stylesheet? Best Paul Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Kate 3 Report post Posted October 19, 2011 Hi Paul, Yes, you would place them there or in Settings->Custom Code. Up to you. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
