Using get_sidebar to include Tertiary Sidebar

I have my own hardcoded template within platformbase and I want to use get_sidebar('Tertiary Sidebar'); on a custom built e-commerce page that is not part of the platformpro CMS What's the alternative to this get function? It should work from my experience.

Presumably you cannot simply activate the 3rd sidebar by the normal methods? May we have a link to your site? And some idea of where the sidebar is supposed to go would help too. Thanks.
