Newsletter section creation

Hey I'd like to put a "Newsletter section" here: How to do it?

That can be done by adding a plugin for registration to a "Full Width" or "Universal" sidebar, then styling it as you wish. You go to your Template Setup and place the sidebar where you want it. If it's going on every single page and post, then place it at the bottom of the Site Header. Go to Appearance > Widgets and add a text widget to the sidebar you just added to the template. Add the shortcode to the text widget and save. Then using Firebug for Firefox, adjust according to your preferences.
