Scrolling Body of a Pageline Pro web page

How can I make a scrolling section in the body of my wordpress page. Like a panel that has a "next arrow" to move the panel to the next section. IE the web page still has the header and the footer but the mid section has an arrow to navigate the body to the next or past panel? This is hard to explain, I am trying to find a site that has something similar. Is this a gallery issue?

What would be in the scrolling section? Posts? Images? Built-in to PP, there is the Feature section as well as the Carousel section. But, if you want to scroll between posts, you'd probably have to use a plugin (or some semi-extensive custom coding).

Yes the "section" would contain a photo, a paragraph of text, and perhaps a link that would open another page. I am familiar with the features section, but I need for a person to be able to click through the scrolling section (ie an arrow to go to the next or previous page) Can you give me an example of a plugin or where I could go to get some coding help. Im not a coder. Thanks

Carousel may work, but I cant add a link into a carousel item, can I?
