From the looks of it, are you using Cufon fonts ? If so would it be possible for you to try disabling them to see if the title now shows up please ?

Please search our forums, before posting!

Danny, I disabled it and the heading shows fine in IE9 but looks like crap. I would rather not disable it. Is there a reason this is happening? I am running an older version IiBlogPro 4.1.2. Could that be the culprit?

It would be best to upgrade to the latest version. Another possible cause is plugins. One of those could be outdated or may have a conflicting CSS problem. Try updating the theme and deactivating the plugins, one at a time. When you find the one that did it, replace it.

I updated the theme just now as per the procedure in the docs. Still my theme says 4.1.2 not really sure why. because I renamed and deleted the old them folder and downloaded the new theme package from my launch pad. What gives?

1. Make sure you don't change folder name. 2. Make sure you don't have 2 installations (find out via Dashboard > Appearances > Themes) 3. Remove all older versions if you've renamed it. Name changes to theme folders won't necessarily deactivate components of the theme. 4. Refresh your browser (Shift + F5 on a PC)

I followed the directions explicitly as shown: Technique 1 (recommended): Fast upgrade via FTP and WordPress Upload Open a browser window with your WordPress admin: ???appearance??? > ???themes??? > ???install themes??? > ???upload??? ??¦ page open. Login to FTP and navigate to your WordPress install > ???wp-content??? > ???themes??? folder. In WordPress appearance panel, temporarily activate any separate WordPress theme. In FTP, rename your current theme: *themename* to *old_themename*. Then use the WordPress uploader to upload the zip file as usual and activate (no error this time because there isn??™t a file with the same name). (again, the WordPress uploader is found under ???appearance??™ > ???themes??™ > ???install themes??™) Important Step: Remember to head into your theme settings and hit the ???save options??? button; this will regenerate your custom CSS file based on your settings. still says older version

I've asked one of our developers to chime in and provide some guidance as this is somewhat unusual.

You might want to check validation for your site: http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http://integralchiropracticny.com/ Looks like there are a few instances where there is an extra closing tag or something similar. This could be causing the problem.

I managed to knock out all of the errors except for one. I don't know where to find the code they are referring to on the validation site: Line 943, Column 6: end tag for element "div" which is not open
??‰ The Validator found an end tag for the above element, but that element is not currently open. This is often caused by a leftover end tag from an element that was removed during editing, or by an implicitly closed element (if you have an error related to an element being used where it is not allowed, this is almost certainly the case). In the latter case this error will disappear as soon as you fix the original problem. http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fintegralchiropracticny.com%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&ss=1&outline=1&group=0&verbose=1&user-agent=W3C_Validator%2F1.2

DId you ever get it upgraded to the latest version? According to this: http://blog.ninanet.com/2011/04/29/cufon-and-ie9 IE9 didn't work with cufon at first so upgrading is probably the best fix for the problem. Are you sure that you have the latest version downloaded (check the style.css for the version) before uploading it to your server?

The current CSS file is indeed showing Version: 4.1.2, which is the old one. However, i just uploaded the theme from the package just downloaded from the launch area a few days ago. So it seems I have not been given an updated package. Can you look into this for me ASAP? Is there a way I can have a link to the current version so I can knock this out tonight?

I just downloaded it again to double check. It's the old one. Why on earth hasn't my account been updated with the current theme package??

Not sure why that would be necessary. You can look up my account details can't you? Besides there is now way that I can see to attach an image in this editor. All it says is "Write comment", "Preview", "Save Draft." Nothing else here. "Back to Discussions" at bottom left and "Post Comment" to the lower right.

Was I missing something with the screenshot? there is not attachment functionality that I can see. You didn't address that?

A screenshot can be taken with keyboard commands or a program depending on which computer you use, but since this is an account-related issue I can't look into (since I don't have access to your information), you'll need to contact customer support at [email protected].

I no what a screen shot is. You obviously didn't read my post. There is no way to attach one that I can see here. Why would you ask me for the screenshot anyway if you can't access my account?

The screenshot can be uploaded using imgur.com and then the full image URL can be input here between [ img ] and [ /img ] tags (with the spaces removed). I was asking for a screenshot to be posted in case anyone else on the forum might have insight about the issue (perhaps a customer who has had a similar issue or another moderator who might have a solution).

I think it's strange that this forum editor has no buttons for adding links, formatting or uploading screenshots. The problem is on your end. There is one download link in my launchpad and that link is downloading an older them package. That is all there is to say about that. I sent them an email like you suggested. Lets see how long it take to get a response. Last time it was like 5 days.

Hi Jordan, The reason for the forum not having a WYSIWYG or any type of editor is for the users benefit as its actually very poor, but if you read this post, it tells pretty much everything you need to know about adding images, links ect. http://www.pagelines.com/forum/discussion/12193/please-read-before-posting#Item_3
