Registering my copy of PlatformPro

I bought and installed locally the PageLines PlatformPro Developer and it worked fine but then I tried the same thing on my hosting site. Admittedly the process was a little different (aka, rather than the downloaded archive and copy files to the right directory I just used the wordpress administration screens). Anyway on the hosted site it clearly doesn't know that I bought this. How does one correct this? Is there a license file or something? Can it be done just through the admin screens? Apologies if this is an easy question but I'm very new to Wordpress and all the goodies that extend it.

If I understand you correctly, I think you may have installed the free version of Platform using the Wordpress install theme in the admin dashboard. In order to use the Developer version you purchased you will need to download the archive .rar file, unzip it and upload the theme via FTP to your server.
