New Post Email Notification Not Sending Consistently!

When publishing a new post on our blog - PharmacyCheckerBlog.com - the subscriber email notification for a new post only SOMETIMES sends. It's about 50% of the time. We are publishing posts the same way every time... what is the deal and how do we fix this??

None of these themes has a subscribe to post function, neither does wordpress itself, you must have installed a plugin. Try contacting the plugin author.
