Secondary Menu - Can I create a secondary menu BELOW the Highlight Box?

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a secondary menu BELOW the Highlight Box? The menu would go horizontal?

You would have to modify the PHP code to call the menu. But, yes: it's possible. You can use the built-in WP menu option in Appearance->Menus.
