troubleshooting importing demo content for platform pro

I just tried importing the demo content for PlatformPro using the link in the Doc's section of help. I get a message after import that it failed but I can see in my dashboard that the pages, posts and gallery items are there. Now I would like to ''un-import'' this demo content and start fresh again. Any step by step suggestion on how to do this? I bought this platform because it seemed easy for a non-techy person to use but I find I can't even get started...

You can't "unimport". To load all the default content and erase new posts/pages, you will have to reinstall wordpress, or if your host makes backups, restore it to a previous state.
