Custom CSS not working on Platform Pro

When I update the 'Custom CSS' the changes don't show on my site. I've tried re-installing with no luck. When this happened before, I just deactivated the theme, went back to the default theme and the reactivated Platform Pro and everything worked - but not this time. I've checked permissions and they are all the same as other sites I'm using that work fine with Platform Pro and custom css. Any ideas on what might be preventing the CSS from working? Thanks! Try visiting PlatformPro -> Misc Settings and checking the box to "Make Dynamic CSS Inline?"
