lellinor 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2011 I bought the whole package figured it would be a breeze to install, I just keep getting an error. It's easy to download a free theme and install it on wordpress but I decide to purchase what is described in the video as easy to use. Where is the video that makes it easy to install at least one of the four things I purchased for almost $200 and why no support phone number to call? Jenny 33 Report post Posted October 1, 2011 HI lellinor. We would love to help you with your install issue. The theme really is just like any other theme. 1. Download the theme from your Pagelines account (https://www.pagelines.com/launchpad/member.php). You must leave the file in .zip format for it to work. 2. Go to Wordpress -> Appearance -> Themes 3. Click the Install Themes tab. Click the "upload" link. Click "browse" to find the PlatformPro .zip file on your computer and then click "install now". If you receive any errors after this point, please let us know.
