How do I use a hook to move the Secondary Nav in PlatformBase functions.php?

Recommended Posts

I am trying to use a hook in my child theme (PlatformBase) to move the PlatformPro Secondary Nav to appear before the #branding (or wherever you all think would be best to get it to appear at the top of the page). I know that I have to use this hook: pagelines_before_branding, but I am a bit of a PHP novice, so I need the exact PHP codes that I need to put in the functions.php file. Thank you for your help!

You don't need a hook. Just go into PlatformPro -> Template Setup -> Header and drag the Secondary Nav section above the Branding section.

Hahahaha... Silly! Thanks for your help! Just curious though, how would you do the same thing with a hook?

I'm not sure you would, since it's built in. A hook might simply cause a redundancy conflict.
