Forum page assignment.

I have successfully loaded my bbPress Forum plug-in to WordPress. I can see my Forum that I have created. What I can't figure out is how I create a button in the menu bar that will take users to the Forum. Any time I try to add a Page in WordPress and assign it's Permalink with the Forum page link - it doesn't work. I'm assuming a page is created by the Forum but how do I assign it a button so it shows up in the main menu bar?

The forums basically do the work of dealing with your visitor posts for you. Can I have a link so I can find the forums for you and will tell you how to create the menu.

Go to Appearance -> Menus From here you will create a custom menu, and drag various pages or categories into it. You can set a custom URL menu item, so for example, name it Forum and paste in your forum URL. Make sure to set it as your Primary Menu when you're done.
