Deep Integration of bbpress and wp in white house theme

Hi Guys I just bought the white house forum theme from your site and have installed it onto my server via ftp. It now says I need to "deep integrate" bbpress with wordpress. I have the following instructions - First Install BBPress on your server and ???deep??™ integrate it with your WordPress install (Deep integration means access to WP functions. This is done by including the ???wp-blog-header.php??™ file from your WP install inside of ???bb-config.php??? instructions at http://bbpress.org/documentation/integration-with-wordpress/). Can you give me step by step instructions as to what to do (ie the exact line which I can cc and paste from here to add to my bb config file)...I'm not a techie guy but apparently its very straight fwd.. really appreciate your help here...thanks Sanjib

Can you also recommend which plugin I should use:.............I want to make sure I minimise the download speeds for my whole site once I do this integration.. Your best option is to try to emulate the functionality you require inside a bbPress plugin." Thanks

actually is there anyway I can use this forum without the deep integration?

You don't have to deep install. Just go through the initial installation process and it should work. In the documentation: pagelines.com/docs just follow the install video for bbPress, not the deep install

Hi Adam Thanks for your reply.. yeh installing bbpress is not the issue, its using the theme i bought to go with the white house wp template.. when I uploading the forum theme, it wouldn;t show, saying I needed to deep integrate first.. is there any way I can use the white house forum addon with the white house wp theme without the deep integration? if so, can you guide me how? Sanjib, The forum addon needs to use certain functions from the WP install; which is why it needs to be deep integrated. We can try and walk you through; do you have an FTP client on your machine? Andrew
