Are you familiar with using hooks? http://www.pagelines.com/docs/base-child-theme and the post thumbnail: http://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Thumbnails Here's an example (this will be pasted into platformbase/functions.php):
add_action('pagelines_loop_before_post_content','featured_image'); function featured_image(){ if ( is_single() ) { if ( has_post_thumbnail() ) { // check if the post has a Post Thumbnail assigned to it. the_post_thumbnail('medium'); } } }
Do you mean that you want the text to wrap around the thumbnail or do you want the thumbnail to be in the left or right of the text?

Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to.

Hi. Try the information found in this posting http://www.pagelines.com/forum/discussion/9469#Item_19 Not sure if this older plugin will work http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/thumbnail-for-excerpts/

Tried the information in the post above, didn't work... instead the thumbnails image goes below the title and above the text. I want the title to continue staying right of the thumbnails, but i just want the text to be wrapped around the thumbnail. (hope that makes sense)

The only way I know how to make text wrap around an image is if the image was incorporated with the text (not as a separate entity on its own) with the class "align=left" (so that it aligns to the left of the text) as shown here: http://www.monkeydoit.com/wrap-text-images-css.php. However, that's going to require you to hide the thumbnails and incorporate them into the post another way.

Okay let me start over... I'm trying to make the text wrap around the thumbnail, I've already try multiple pluggins but it just led to bigger problems. Therefore, i guess i really need to edit the php file. I've already try the post here:http://www.pagelines.com/forum/topic/9469 But it doesnt wrap the text around the thumbnail. Instead, the title is on top of the thumbnail while the text is on the bottom of the thumbnail. I the title to remain on the right and just the text itself wrap around the thumbnail.
