How to make the header and branding wrap transparent?

Recommended Posts

JasonLA

did a search but can't seem to figure this out. I'd like to make it so just my logo and the social icons are showing, with the same background image as the rest of the page. Any idea what custom css I need to enter? Thanks! Jason

Jason, can you provide a link to your site and perhaps an example? Thanks.

Currently my site is hosted on www.JasonKuipers.com. I'd just like to do something similar to this: http://www.lacleansweep.org/ Thanks for your time!

Hi Jason, Can you add this to your Custom CSS please:
#branding { background: transparent; } #page-canvas { background: transparent !important; } #header { background: transparent !important; } #primary-nav { background: #000000; } #page-main { background: #000000; }
There may be somethings that still need adjusting, so add this, check out your site and then update this post if there is anything else that needs adjusting.

Please search our forums, before posting!
