How to add an image with link to other site to the primary navigation

Can someone tell me how to add an image to the navigationbar that will link to an external site? I cant figure it out. For your information check http://woonabonnementen.psinternetservices.nl On the right site of the navigation i have a blank spot where i want te put an image with a link. i hope someone can help me. Regards, Paul

The discussion you pointed out does not work. With a custom menu the drop down does not work anymore. Do you perhaps have a different suggestion?

I'd suggest then looking at http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/ and finding a similar menu to the one you wish to achieve. View the source code for that menu and it will give you the CSS needed to style your menus as you wish. You can, of course, do this via the Custom Code / CSS Rules.
