Anyone have any info on how to set up a podcast on my page?

I would like to know how to setup a podcast page on my site. Does anyone have any suggestions?

There are plugins that will list your podcasts. Essentially, you add a podcast as a media file, create a link to it and allow people to click the link to hear it. If you're using an ecommerce plugin to sell access to it, you'd just add the file according to the ecommerce system.
