Enlarge it where? The thumbnail default size is set by Wordpress (Settings -> Media).

It seems like the thumbnail sizing on media settings would only go up to 150x150 and would not go any higher than that. However, i can still make the thumbnail size smaller than 150x150. Am i missing something here?

Hi Profoundtigger, You should be able to change the width and height of the thumbnail's size following Simple_Mama's instructions. Are you not able to do so on on the Wordpress Settings -> Media settings ?

Please search our forums, before posting!

Yep, changing the width and height on setting --> media does not work. i can only go no higher than 150x150 for both width and height

I think you'll need to use custom CSS to get the size you want. Do you want the size to change for thumbnails displayed on all posts pages?

Please add the following custom CSS and change the # value to the desired size:
img.attachment-thumbnail {width: #px;}
Hi ??“ I had the same question and tried to add this code but it didn't work. It turned out that the coding required was img.attachment-40x40 {width: #px;} I assume this is the same thing, but generated by Platform Pro in a slightly different way from the example above. I am a bit concerned that the coding I have modified is so specific (ie seems to require the image be 40x40 px). Is what I have done OK? It has produced the desired result ??“ but I hope it won't mess up anything else on the site (http://halfamonkey.ucajournalism.com). Can anyone advise?

When you applied the code Catrina supplied, did you actually change the number sign (#) to a real numeric value like "100"?
