Recommended Posts

On www.savefairfaxcountyschools.com site ... am trying to put image into header. Used the following code: #page-canvas {background-image: url('http://.ccvandyck@savefairfaxcountyschools.com/savefcps/wp-content/themes/platform/images/SchoolImage.JPG');} background-size: contain;} #page-canvas {background-repeat:no-repeat;} Nothing appears... What am I doing wrong?
Nothing appears... What am I doing wrong?
It seems you're trying to reinvent the wheel in CSS... Go to Dashboard > PlatformPro > Design Control.... there, you may upload or paste the URL to your background image. Below that line, you'll see an option for the repeat... select "Do Not Repeat" (based on your CSS code). For the Vertical Position, select "0" and for the Horizontal Position, select 50 to center the image.. 0 to flush left and 100 to flush right. Save your settings I'd suggest that once you see your header background as you wish, delete the customized CSS cited above.
